This finely detailed work is part of a limited edition of 300 impressions, numbered 235/300, and is hand-signed in pencil by the artist. Swann was best known for his etchings of historic American landmarks and architecture. His works are represented in prestigious collections including the Library of Congress, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Baltimore Museum of Art. Located in Annapolis, is one of Maryland's most significant colonial-era churches, making this piece especially appealing to collectors of architectural and regional history. Medium: Original etching on paper. Edition: Limited to 300 (this is #235/300). Signature: Hand-signed by the artist in pencil. Date: Mid-20th century (likely 1930s-1940s). Condition: Excellent etching impression; frame is later but nicely preserved (Aaron Brothers "Framed for Life").
