By TLex Introducing the new CREPAS L'océan 1200M, inspired the holy grail of vintage dive watches, the ultra rare and exotic Z. 300m from the late 60s. Crepas have come full circle with L'océan 1200M to the Le Grand philosophy; a 1200M water-resistant diver with an ultra vintage style made using materials at the forefront of the watchmaking industry. The L'océan 1200M is true to Crepas form an upgrade of the original design: stronger, bigger and dare we say - more beautiful!

Crepas makes watches that are distinctive. Their models are produced in limited numbers with great thought behind them. LOcean is a model I believe has brought together so much of features of vintage age into a modern specification. Diameter of bezel: 41,50mm.

Diameter of case: 42,50mm. Thickness of glass: 3,80mm. Diameter of crystal: 32,00mm. Diameter of crown: 8,00mm.

Thickness of bezel: 3,15mm. Thickness of back cover: 2,30mm. Weight without bracelet: 105 grams.

Case, bezel, crown and case back made from 316L Stainless Steel. Sapphire crystal glass and sapphire bezel insert. Gaskets of case and crystal made of Viton and Tefzel respectively. Nylon two pieces with Velcro strap. Phosphorescent elements of dial, bezel and hands treated with SuperLuminova C1.

Swiss movement by ETASA model 2824-2. Water-resistant to 120 atmospheres/1.200 metres. Screw-down case back and crown. Scratch-resistant domed crystal with anti reflective coating. Numbered edition limited to 313 timepieces.
