This stunning bronze bust sculpture depicts an African Zulu Queen, beautifully crafted by the renowned artist James Tandi, and is signed on the base. A limited edition of 400 - this is number 217. A beautifully and finely sculptured piece in fine condition, with no visible areas of damage seen. The piece showcases intricate details that highlight the rich culture and history of the Zulu people. The sculpture is made of high-quality bronze and expertly sculpted to capture the essence of the brave Zulu people.

It would make an excellent addition to any collection or a statement piece in any room. James was a renowned artist from the Musana district of Zimbabwe, specialized in realistic art, and mostly focused on figureheads using the mediums of bronze and the very difficult Verdite, also known as the "green stone of Africa". He worked in the classical method to beautifully capture the native African people and indigenous wildlife. I do not have any information about its provenance, other than it is from a private collection, and James Tandi born in 1956 and died in 2020. Is in excellent condition, is used, vintage,'as found', non-returnable / non-refundable.

Please study the images as they form a major part of my description and identification. Please note colour variances may occur due to different screen resolutions.
