He began racing Flat Track at a very young age and has moved through the ranks of professional Motor-cycle racing with much success. He became the 2006 MotoGP World Champion racing with the Repsol Honda Team and has also raced with the Factory Marlboro Team for many years.

In 2014 Nicky moved back to Honda to race their RCV1000R machine with the Drive M7 Aspar Team. Your 2014 Chain Link Piece of a champion photo was personally signed by Nicky Hayden on the 22nd of July 2015 in Orange County, California.
